HSBC Breeze bike ride for women: Russell Road zig zags to Stockbridge
HSBC Breeze is a programme of free, volunteer-led bike rides for women which runs across the UK. We aim to encourage and support more women to get on their bikes and ride, or to ride more. Breeze rides are relaxed, friendly and sociable and nobody is ever left behind.
This ride along the cycle paths towards Stockbridge joins the Water of Leith, stopping for a refreshing drink in Stockbridge. From there we will return to our start point. This is a lovely route on mostly paths with a couple of on-road sections, fairly flat and suitable for all bikes.
Bring money for our refreshment stop, and if you do have a spare inner tube for your bike, please bring that, too. First-timers welcome!
