In 2012 Naomi (a self-confessed non-athlete) set out on the cycle tour of a lifetime with a man she’d met just three times before.
Fuelled by stubbornness, determination and cake, the trip eventually totalled 32,000 km including Alpe d’huez,Cairo to Capetown, South East Asia, India and Nepal.
