Three women from the Adventure Syndicate set out to compete in the first Silk Road Mountain Bike Race in Kyrgyzstan. This is their story of what happened. Only 29 riders out of the initial 98 at the start line made it to the finish.
Telling their personal tales from the Silk Road will be Jenny Tough, Lee Craigie, and Rickie Cotter.
